My first blog....only 1.5years in the making. Certainly NOT do to lack of ideas, more like lack of balls! This BLOG is my way of documenting what I think is everything everybody thinks but doesn't know how to say it. This is where the B-slap enters Stage Left!! Everybody needs one, heck sometimes we BEG for one indirectly by pushing buttons of the ones we love our family, for friends our partners) HOPING for any reaction positive or negative usually, or from complete strangers who we think we are helping (i.e. lonely person at th bar, co-worker who seems lost or struggling, what I call "the others"). I tend to serve both communities and I figured that since I am often saught out for the B-slap, I would throw it out there to see if it can go even more viral than it already has.
A little about me. I am a divorced 30-something yr old woman with 3 daughters who is hard working, devoted and simple minded (oh man....this sounds like my "a little about you" post on http://www.plentyoffish.com/). I experience a lot and I learn from everybody I meet and lord knows that is plenty of people. I hope to provide entertainment for everybody out there with daily simple blog postings of the b-slaps I/we encounter everyday.
Look, life is too short to not say what is real. Trust me, I know political correctness so I will not offend others by any means. If anything, this blog will take Dr. Phil and mate him with Suzie Orman and Opra Winfrey ).
So to kick things off with so much more to follow, the B-slap for the day......"why do people find it so hard to fall in love again after the first time? Who ever said falling in love was a one time thing? Heck, we live in a society where we are changing jobs is like changing a pair of dirty underwear and medical insurance (my Suzie Orman plug btw) like a discount coupon clipping hippy looking for the best coverage with the lowest monthly premium. LOVE...come on people, we all deserve it....OPEN UP AND LET US IN!!!
(Bet you are wondering what is stemming this thought of the day....maybe I will let you in....maybe you have to show me some love first...is that the secret? I'll show you mine if you show me yours? (LOVE THAT IS...get your mind out of the gutter would you! :)
